LED Matrix GIF Player

It looks at a config file on the SD card to determine the LED orientation of each panel, the arrangement of panels, and the type of LEDs. Then, it plays GIF files from the SD card as animations on the LED matrix. It also allows bluetooth control. This was used to video-map my Christmas tree.

*note from future me: I actually managed to pull off coding this before ChatGPT existed. Converting libraries to deal with different color data formats and strips with more than 3 channels was an adventure!
