For one year from the original purchase date, WOZ.LOL will repair or replace, at its option, any product that fails to perform its advertised functions because of defective materials or components, faulty soldering, or manufacturing or assembly errors. Parts and labor are provided at no charge.
This warranty excludes normal wear, cosmetic damage, and damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid exposure, incorrect power or connections, or customer or third-party modifications or repairs. Modification or repair alone does not void coverage for unrelated failures.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product to WOZ.LOL unless otherwise required by law. Just email us to confirm the address to send the unit to, and so that we can troubleshoot or prepare.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOZ.LOL is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.
